Shinned effort means the ball could easily have ended up in my backyard and no one would have been surprised. Alexis hasn't been around long enough but he is better IMO. they also play in different positions making a comparison quite difficult. But technically, i'd chose Sanchez everyday of the week especially as a winger.

I prefer a Rooney who can get the job done himself than a Alexis who depends on the antics of his teammates to get things done
