We don't want to sell
We don't need to sell
He doesn't want to leave
He's on a long contract
These are to be considered
before his talent is assessed.
So how much is to be offered to
make Levy take the call?
--------

Okay let's apply this to Ronaldo:
Man utd didn't want to sell
Man Utd didn't need to sell
Ronaldo (until 2008) claimed he didn't want to leave (like Modric, Fabregas and a whole host of players)
Ronaldo was on a long lucrative contract.

You can add to the above his incredible success at all levels in Man utd, the larger-than-life status of Man Utd, his great individual profile, his Beckham like brand value etc and we can see why Bale would command nothing close to Ronaldo's fee.

Like I said before though, you'll only get something obscene for him if City or Chelsea buy him and I believe those 2 would max out at £40-£45m. Madrid and Barca would spend £30+m on him.

If the player agrees to a move, those Spanish clubs can play dirty and arm-twist the club like they did with Ronaldo and Cesc.

And here comes Sandy Clown.
I'd certainly know a lot about garbage - I've seen it pretty much my entire lifetime since the 90's in your stadium in that 5h!t hole it's located in.

Kaboul £15m?

posted on 12/1/12

Cahill's apparently worth £7million with 6 months contract left and he's on the fringes of the England team. Kaboul's established himself for France and for a top 3 PL side - £15m seems reasonable to me

If Kaboul is supposedly woth £15m why we are selling Alex for anything less than £100m beats me.

Maybe you should ask AVB why he won't even let him train with the first team, or park in the first team car-park?

Maybe Alex is too good for Chelsea?
