do you think it will be until Ken Bates decides enough is enough and sacks Grayson.
Not to be a doom merchant but do you think if we don't beat palace today that Grayson will get the red card from Bates.
He was close to the sack(rumours)had we not beaten Burnley,Do you think if we lose today its all over for Larry or will he get another couple of games?
If you were in charge what would you decide to do?
How much longer

Bates said before burnley game that we have good management and coaching.
Unfortunately, I don't think Grayson is going anywhere unless he loses 5 on the trot.

Jonty.Bates will sack Grayson if he thinks money will be lost in gate receipts. And things are not looking like anything will change while Grayson is manager. We are constantly hoping things will change, but realistically after what we have seen over the last couple of seasons,we have to be honest with ourselves and admit. He is not up for to the job.

Bates put pressure on Grayson just over a month ago saying that he expects promotion and then, recently, appears to have done a u-turn. We don't appear to be making any progress whatsoever and transfer strategy is baffling at best. If we lose today, against 10 men as I type, then the omens for the rest of the season do not look promising. Can't see anyone of note coming in on the basis that we can't get rid of deadwood. Happy times!

StevieDee exactly, Bates seems to suddenly have u turned on the pressure he was putting on Grayson.
KevT, you know my thoughts on Grayson, but I have feeling he is not going to do anything about Grayson.

Big changes but nio money. Different manager perhaps but same old rubbish being presented in terms of quality of football and excuses for not signing this player or another. Championship is the best we can expect with this current regime.
