Interesting today to watch live pictures via dodgy internet site whilst listening to BBC Scotland radio commentary.According to the match commentator Uniteds contribution to the first half (barring a three minute flurry of pressure) was simply making up numbers, this opinion was more than ably backed up by the impartial (aye right) punditry from Murdo Macleod.Cue the second half, which United mostly dominated and the tone of the unbiased commentary swings from the upbeat delivery of Celtics stylish first half attacking play(which produced two attempts on target, both converted) to the foreboding atmosphere of a possible loss of points for the home heroes.
Celtic were hanging on for long periods in the second half and but for Uniteds profligacy in front of goal (John Daly take a bow) at least one point would would have been won.
Radio commentary however would have us believe that Celtic strolled to a deservedly comfortable victory.
It's high time commentators ,Macleod in particular ,were taken out of their comfort zones and made to actually work for their share of our license fees instead of being handed a free season ticket to watch their favourite teams.
Celtic v United

BTW Hector the ARABS are the United supporters not the team.
In all fairness to Celtic they took their chances whereas United didn't.
IMO Celtic will have the league sewn up by March.
Harvey stay off the buckie,Hansens a vastly overpaid idiot!

I only managed to listen to the game in little bits here and there yesterday but the bits i caught seemed like united were equal if not getting the better of it. Billy boy dodds is another one who is hard to take, the game against rangers after the swanson incident he was banging on for the rest of the game about the dive/diving in general and i was in the belief that swanson had really embaressed himself and united, when i seen it for myself i was horrified.........stonewall penalty for sure even most rangers fans will admit that.
I also remember a game against celtic at tannadice last season, celtic did cruise the first half admittedly and mcleod kept banging on about celtics smooth play and the state of the pitch not affecting the game, first 25 minutes of the second half united got a goal back and did all the pressing and missed numerous chances to equalise, the state of the pitch was now becoming the reason celtic were getting pegged back and at one point he even stated that the game should not have been played!!!!!! Anyway celtic got a 3rd and he wet himself.
I cant listen to games against the OF anymore its just to annoying, at the end of the day celtic were quite lucky yesterday, bring on motherwell next week. And bring on st johnstone away which is my next trip over

Murdo McLeod has no credibility whatsoever. His obvious bias towards Celtic is nauseating, Whilst he is consistently gets things so wrong. He is so clearly and obviously lacking in so many ways that BBC Scotland could enhance their output (and save some money at the same time) by getting rid of the idiot asap.
