There is an interesting picture on the Rovers group on Facebook by the way - a letter from Williams, Finn and Goodwin dated back to January 4th 2011 about the clarity of their role and the involvement of SEM, and the lack of consultation taking place with them with regard to transfers and such. It's actually quite shocking.

Yes DD i have in fact seen that,and you know i do have mixed feelings about it,,you know if a corporate group buy another company it is very rarely that the purchased company carries on untouched,very rarely so i can see the Venky point of view ,in that maybe they didnt see the reason in keeping the status quo (not the group..lol) down at ewood,in hindsight it does appear however that a darker side of that expolsion of the old regime was to cover up any misdemeaners by the Venkies,,DD if the Rovers had won some of those games they should have ,nothing would be said,,you know Everton Home,Norwich away and maybe a couple of others, just look were 6pts and more would have took us,,and in truth nothing would be being protested about.,.strange times for sure.
