Why are we not trying to get Tevez? Inter has put in a cheeky bid of 20m and seem not to be too far off, and Tevez himself is willing to accept close to half his current wages - something we can afford. Despite his antics, you can not question his level of performance. Most established superstars have an ego and attitude issue and frankly, I prefer those types than the others that act like professors on the field - no disrespect 'le prof'. The money we would otherwise stand to lose from CL football will more than suffice to cover his signing and I really believe he can make the difference for us.

He is a total tool but a class player. Imagine him with RVP.
Never happen though...

He isn't selfish on the pitch though

by 'selfish' are you refering to his style of play or his greed. One could make the same case then for Balotelli.

Balotelli.
Greedy, he gives money away.

They ugly face of not being in CL football is fast closing in and things have got to change at AFC - drastic means requires drastic measures. It will be a rude awakening if we were not to make CL and have to watch Tot-stinkham instead. The manc can tell you have it feels, abeit partially.

It would bring our squads average attractiveness down from "very attractive" to "mediocre".
Our prettiness is all we have left and you want to take that away too!??

Guys calm down. Never ever is that realistic. City wouldnt let him go to a Premiere League team. He played at City that means we couldnt afford his horrendous wages bar the transfer fee.
