Well, one positive to come out of the Southampton game is that our pathetic Captain will be missing for 3 games (pity it's not 30). The bloke has been absolutely dire all season. Watch the first Southampton goal again.....who is it that fails to properly connect and head the ball out, allowing Cork to run in to acres of space....yep, your man Chambers.
One thing Captain fantastic has been good at is throwing his hands up and yelling at people after we concede....it's always slightly amusing given that he is the one usually at fault.
I pray that we will use Lynch and Morgan in future but sadly I think they will continue with this numpty.
Chambers

With chambers, like with most affairs at our club, the issues gone from seriously bad to laughably bad. I can emphasize with the man but that doesn't change that his form is shocking.
I've got a feeling - and if theres a bet for it ill probably should put it on - that with chambers gone our form will improve (probably Morgan) and we might even win a team that isn't ipswitch. But Sc will still bring him the armband as soon as the bans up.
Btw, whens morgan set to be fit again?

I don't think there is much to choose between Chambo and Wes - they both have they faults. However, tonight and Saturday it's going to be Moose, and Lynch at the heart of the defence, and I am keeping everything crossed that this could just be the piece of luck that we have been hoping for. Could this be our best defensive pairing? Moose has been OK in this role previously; could he grow into it and make it his own? They could make an ideal pair. Lynch strong in the tackle and in the air likes to attack the ball and wins it more than Wes or Chambo. Moose, more thoughtful, anticipates what is going to happen, and can pass it out of defense.
With Moose at the back Boateng and Reid should be recalled to a five man midfield. Boateng and Greening protecting the back four; Majewski Reid and Ando behind Tudgay. Bench - Smith, McCleary, McGugan, Blackstock, Harewood

The fact that Moose won't be playing CM is also a massive bonus, as he has been shocking. He has looked more efficient in defence, even though he doesn't like it as a position.
Bring Boateng in I say - someone who has given 110% every time he has pulled on a Forest shirt so far! And drop McGugan - send him to do national service or something. He seriously needs to buck his ideas up.

You said it. I often think that there are people on here that could do a far better job as Manager.
There again there are some on here that could do even worse, if thats possible
