If you have a look on the BBC Football website, Mr Higgs the chairman of Bristol Rovers reckons it was Pesch or his agent who contacted them first, they asked Ben for a CV and permission to approach and then Pesch after consulting with his wife said he wasn't interested. Pesch has countered by saying it was the Pirates who contacted him first not the other way round. It also says this decision was accompanied by a budget expansion by Burton Albion.
I'm not saying which way round is true but would be interested in other supporters views on this ?

Well you dont know what to believe on the manager merry go round do you Terrace. The sad fact is he didnt even go for an interview and that to me shows hes got cold feet and lacks bottle.Lets be honest i couldnt see him hacking it there anyway even Paul Buckle failed. The fact is hes got a nice cosy number with us,slippers and cigar job so to speak and he intends to hold on to it for as long as he can.HE DONT NEED THE MONEY NOW DOES HE ????

Bristol Rovers dont no how lucky they are in not taking Pesch , like the guy but he seems at the moment to be getting alot wrong but i do hope he manages to turn things around maybe this budget expansion can help him.

I have been thinking about this and perhaps Pesch and Karen have played a good hand here ? Judging from his comments away from the games i reckon he was a bit frustrated with his budget restrictions and this situation provided a lever !

Further to my article above, Ben has stated there has been no budget alteration ! So if there has Ben wants to keep it quiet or there hasn't been one !!! No idea really but the whole story sounds like modern day football. Bristol Rovers say one thing,Pesch another and Ben another, none of it adds together and leaves the fans guessing ! Sounds more like politics to me.
