Morning lads just like to thank sky sports for there new super Sunday advert.
It shows us getting spanked 5-1 by City, and then starts flashing up images of us wining games with the words of Time For Pay Back.
That should fire the lads up no end for Sunday. They should be made to watch that game before hand,Just to fire them up some more.
Come on you Spurs
Thank You Sky Sports

RRP - I'll be satisfied with 4th, not over the moon. Expectations change...and right now we are clear of 5th place by ten points. In order to drop out of top 4 our nearest rivals (Arsenal) need us to lose 3 games and draw 1, while they win all the opposing fixtures. Considering we've only lost 3 games all season so far, while Arsenal have lost (I'm not sure...seven?) it would be a huge disappointment for this to happen.
4th should now be our minimum expecation.

your probably the underdogs going itno the city game, but are we the underdogs against Arsenal or are they the underdogs

Phil - Fair enough, i suppose i look at it like this :
We have put ourselves in a fantastic situation whereby if/when we hit a bit of bad form, the points already accumulated can be our cushion, and looking at our next 5 or 6 fixtures, we will need that cushion unless we REALLY mean business this season and pull of some massive results. I guess my view is just pessimistic, but all of this talk of winning the title really got to me, its fantasy land
3rd place would be AMAZING!
4th place would be great as thats our aim

yeah RRP I don't get too carried away with the 'title' talk. But I do think that we need to lose this pessismistic outlook. It shows at every home game - you can tell the whole crowd is just waiting for things to go wrong so we can go 'oh hear we go again...', and I've been guilty of it myself.
But we should enjoy where we are, and we should be looking up not down. I certainly hope all our players have the belief that finishing 4th would be a disappointment at this point.

Phil - That's a good point, maybe thats why the atmosphere at the Lane hasn't been as good as usual so ive heard, everyone is waiting for us to slip up
Listening to some of our players they very much believe that we can still "challenge" for the Title, but im pleased they are not saying we can win it, all we really need is 1 or 2 players coming in, really hope that happens
