It's great to see people (sheep) are finally realising it was Manny who was doing all the ducking, the past few years.
That aside, how overrated is the Filipino, by the way?
Don't get me wrong, he's a good fighter. But technically, he's lacking. He possess virtually no defence (his massive head being the defence). And he usually performs against, weight drained, offensive fighters.
Put him against a counter punching boxer like Marquez, and you see what happens.
The reason he's (Bob Arum) avoiding Mayweather is clear. He doesn't want his cash cow to be exposed, and embarrassed.
These guys are bad for the sport of Boxing.

Mayweather is the best boxer in the world and will easily beat Pacquiao. Would bet a lot of money on that. It's clear Arum is delaying the fight to try and stave off Mayweather - he knows Manny will lose.

I think unfortunately on this issue East is East and West is West and never the twain shall meet.
There are those that believe Mayweather is the best and Manny is ducking him - there are others that believe strongly the other way.
I think Mayweather is a great fighter - but I think more importantly than that he is a great intimidator... he plays mind games with opponents so by the time they get into the ring they are already half beaten.
I don't think that would happen with Manny - I think actually it's the one fight where Mayweather would go in having lost the mental battle beforehand. If that were the case - I think Manny could actually beat Mayweather. It would be an interesting fight whatever!
I think Mayweather is a great fighter - but he needs Manny... if he doesn't fight him then there will always be those question marks, and he will never be up there with the greats like Leanord.
