No Risk, No Reward and No Guus as DoF!

The fact that roman took such a 'calculated' risk in selecting AVB shows his continued interest in the club. After reading through AVB's statements yesterday, i realised why he won't have any problems with the dressing room- he doesn't lead/pull his teams, he pushes them. He inserts the fire that motivates his teams. He knows a lot of/and about this team as well. I initially thought guus as DoF would be a great idea but now i'll prefer villas fully running things. I don't want any body dousing the fire or slowing down the momentum. Cos from what i've seen so far, villas is all about momentum. Once his teams have it, they tear through anything in sight. He shields them from the media and distractions by keeping his teams excessively focused on the group's goal in such a way that everything else seems trivial. Hopefully, with his excellent attention to detail, he'll be good in the transfer market as well. Bravo, roman for taking this properly calculated risk.
