Were the Glentoran players having a laugh lastnight when after beating Ballymena(they're no Newington!) they wanted it to be known that that result was for 'Scott Young',this coming from the same set of players who basically forced Young out of his job with they're inept performances over the season none more so than last saturdays result(still laughing at it) against Newington, yes they have beat The Blues 3 times this season but that just add's salt to the wounds of Young by basically busting a gut to beat Linfield then not bothering to try against the rest of the league.I then come into work & have all the Glenmen tell me that 'the Glens are back,we've turned a corner, watch us go next season' blah blah blah obviously Coyle must of slipped the small support something lastnight(prob jack daniels & coke).....Glens/Glenmen having a laugh...I think so

You would'nt of even put a pound on it Earl even when they went 1 down you half expected the Glens to hit back, thankfully they didn't though

I'm afraid that corner is way beyond the horizon at the moment. Mark my words, we will not beat Carrick on Saturday.
You can laugh when you beat us again someday, or score a goal maybe.

I would take your mob beating us 3 times every season Peoples Club if it meant we were always going to be 16 points clear of you's,I don't think i'll need to wait till we beat you again to laugh either....I just have to look at the league table or remind myself of your Irish Cup debacle or your current management situation or just Glentoran in general, enough their to keep me laughing

The way I see it is that the Blues have had 3 "Newington" results this season. Newington are 3 League's below us, but Glentoran are currently 3 League's below Linfield in footballing terms. And that is saying something cos the Blues aren't good.

Love the grasping at straws Peoples Club lets look at the bigger picture,Glens beat The Blues,no shock there, though mighty Glentoran get beat at home by Newington biggest shock in Irish Cup football BUT because your team aren't doing well all of a sudden Linfield are the bad team!! Same old Glenmen always bleating

I'm sorry but the Glens beating the Blues this season IS shocking.
Aye the Blues are brilliant right enough. 5 doubles in 6 years, and on course for another. I can only assume you can hardly get a seat at the Pairc these days ? You must be turning hundreds away at the gate ?

Never said The Blues were brilliant Peoples Club & if 'Pairc' is the only thing you can come up with it really says alot about your mentallity!! As for turning hundreds away if you's(the peoples club) could even entice hundreds through your turnstiles you's might just get enough to pay for the FAI's best centre back namely Greacen2000's air travel from Scotland every week
