Who does the Wimbledon scheduling?

People at Wimbledon, no outside body like the ATP (Men) or WTA (Woman).

As far as the match not being on Centre Court perhaps with all respect to Laura Robson they are concerned it is going to be too one sided and over too quickly? I hope not though.
