what do we actually want?

After recently talking to RRP and a few others on another thread, it got me thinking!

What do we as Spurs fans want?!!
I’m going to keep it brief, do we buy decent enough quality and hopefully NEW STRIKER, thus hopefully keeping us in the top four, ideally finishing third and possibly even a chance of challenging for the title, or do we not buy anyone, which sadly could be the way its going, and risking our chances of dropping out of the top four?! As RRP said the other day, we could find ourselves dropping out of it if this next period of tough games doesn’t go very well, then all of a sudden after an amazing season we could be chasing Champions League!! Now everyone is saying there is a good chance of Harry leaving in the summer, but surely we don’t plan for that (unless Levy knows something we don’t) NEW MANAGER will surely like the new players IF they are that good quality?! If not he will have to adapt to them, he would already be coming to a squad of 20 something players he hasn’t bought himself anyway

 
So my view is, we buy what we can to get us guaranteed third place, then who knows we might be up for challenging at the top! We might not get this chance again for a while, as City etc will be buying in the summer again to make sure they do well again next year!

Will you all be happy if we drop out the top four because we didn’t buy anyone?! I think not the goals are drying up people!!!
