Yes nostalgia ain't what it used to be. Fair cop, but a bit of a cheek. Hope it heals up quickly though.

Brill result for us, moves us clear of the bottom 3 , although I hope the 2 guys, one who suffered a heart attack and the other a seizure is ok ;(

You took it well Nookie.
By the way you were spot on about AJ. he was No1 and SOD No2,
Sorry I shouldn't have said that.

I think Alick would have been a SOD type of player

You're pushing it a bit far now Fuzzy, settle down.
Alick the Great, I was fortunate enough to shake hands with him in1965 when he gave me my runners up medal, nostalgia.

I'm guessing that by the lack of discussion about the game itself there's nothing to discuss! Just the usual pattern we seem to have fallen into between home and away games and now 5 points adrift. I'm starting to feel like a manic depressive!

I actually thought we were OK before the sending off, then crumbled. We made a game of it with a good goal. Great save from James stopped an equalizer and that's about that

According to friends who went to the game with my tickets as I wasn't fit enough(not supporters of either side) City started off like a house on fire then Rovers had a good 5 min spell but as soon as City scored the first goal until they went to sleep for your goal Rovers were hardly in the game but in the last 15mins either side could have scored and perhaps they both should have.
As I wasn't at the match and only listened to the commentary I can't be sure but your keeper was certainly mentioned far more than James was except for the one good save and when he was in nomansland for the goal.
