Watford

After a great run of form, I think that this weekend is the time to really step up to the plate and mount a charge for promotion. We have Watford at home, an easily winnable game and above us, Reading and Hull are playing each other, meaning that if results go our way, we could be up to 5th with a game in hand.

What team do you think we should play? Alot has been made of the fact that we're the busiest club in the league having played nearly a whole Premier League seasons worth of games already, but if anything we seem more determined and full of energy than at the start of the season. Mutch played well against Wolves and Redmond looked bright, but I think this is a game which we simply have to win by any means, so stick with Burke and Beausejour for the start.

All thoughts welcome

My feelings are that our team will be close to who He thinks can win the game or control the game.

I like CH for is variations and rotation bettter than AM and seems mostly gets it right..

Doyle in goal

Our best squad is with Burke on right which leaves redmond on Left side not is favourite. Bsejour if no reaction to that clash of heads for me .

Middle for me Gomis, fahey or Mutch

Striker 2 strikers King/ Rooney or Zig/ Rooney but not 1 up front today as a win will be berty bonus.

My shift starts at 2 today, so I'll miss it. :'(
It's back to 4-4-2, today with Murphy and Spector to continue in the full back roles. The Excellent Davies and Caldwell centre halves. Burke & Beausy on the wings, Fahey & Gomis through the middle and up front is anyone's guess, I'd go King & Zigic.

Brilliant in windy conditions. As Tom Ross said on the way home we need to keep Hughton under our hats, somehow.

Excellent result. Bossed the game and Watford never looked like scoring. Our defense is as solid as I've ever seen it and we are now scoring goals. With a lot of players leaving in the summer and a lot joining it was always going to take time to settle. We are now playing well and getting the results. Hughtons doing a great job.

Watford played well, and coped better than us in that gale force wind ,but we made all of the chances , and proved we can slog it out now and win .kro.

We didn't play very well but we still won comfortably, the sign of a good team with a sense of confidence and purpose. Fahey MOTM for me, thought he was superb, Davies close second.
