I have written about this a few times, hoping I might be wrong. I write as a Celtic fan and a great admirer of Liverpool and its footballing traditions. I was against Kenny as your managerial appointment as I was when he assumed the Celtic job. There were and are lots of reasons, but chief among them was my view that, quite simply, Kenny's strategic and tactical vision relates to a footballing culture that has gone. I do not believe that Kenny has a proper grasp of the contemporary game and how it is conducted. There are lots of things I could point to, and maybe others will add to this, but fundamentally it is about organisation, pace, movement off the ball and the management of the midfield. In the Liverpool highlights we see in Scotland, Kenny makes glaring errors in these areas repeatedly. Of course, he is a footballing giant, and it is conceivable that he will acclimatise to the way the game is played in today's Premiership. But there is little sign of this so far. This was Bolton, after all, and he seemed completely to misjudge their ability to defend in depth and then hit on the break. Huge empty spaces, from what I could see on a dodgy link.

The team let the fans and the manager down today.
The players were an embarrassment and Bellamy apart, they didn't work hard enough. I think this is the first time under KD that I've seen this happen.
Kenny out... No!
He has risen the expectations since he come in and I find it disappointing that some fellow sup[porters are thinking this way.
Today was an embarrassment and it's very concerning, but sack the manager? Come on lads.

i assume that all those giving kk stick on this article are not real pool fans.
It's precisely the reason why real Liverpool fans are giving him stick. Nobody is bigger than the club.
We all love the club and it is hurtful to see the negative tactics and clueless performances over the past few games.
The reason we are giving stick is because we care.

No man is bigger than the club.
Kenny included.

I didn't say he was.
But if you want us to change managers as often as Newcastle, West and Chelsea and you think we'll improve then I think you're mad. That way will only cement our mediocrity if we don't have some stability at the top.

If you're planning to go forward and someone can't take further, what do you do? Be honest to yourself. This is just a sneaky way to call for Kenny's head.
