You nearly lost 2-3 at home.

The more realistic City fans will see that you very nearly lost that match at home. A bit more of a stretch and you would have done. For a team going for the title losing at home at this stage would not be good. The fact that you gave away 2 goals might not bode too well for your prospects in the next few matches. You nearly lost that, don't forget it.

Since the start of the season we've also given the CL a good go and were unlucky not qualify considering we're only the 2nd team in history not to go through on 10 points.

We're also in the Semi Finals of the Carling Cup but have managed to maintain top spot in the league since September.

During this time Spurs have only concentrated on the league but still find themselves 8 points behind us so what's your excuse?

Batmanu,no I did not. I said that they'd have a relegation battle soon,there is a difference.

Boris, you're coming back at me about Spurs when I'm talking about City. I don't see your point in comparing Spurs with what I'm saying about you. The subject is about City and your weakening football etc. I am not wumming,I never do,I post things as I see them. You were lucky and your football isn't as clinical as at the start of the season. I think you've expended all your steam too early in the race.

So not only is there a "lucky" and "obvious" points column in table, but there's also a bottom 17 who fights it out to avoid relegation....

Whatever substance you're on... stop it.

Wong, I hope you don't gamble on your football predictions. Heavy debt can lead to untold misery.

I have a maid to do that Paul. Anyway boys let's wait and see what happens and Boris,if you look at my posts on the Spurs board I wrote that I didn't think we'd win it so had I bet against Spurs I'd have won. Bye boys, thanks for the chat.

You'd walk the league if there was a "free-flow attacking football with no end result" column.

Spurs never 'lose', they were either robbed by a refereeing decision or the other team cheated in some way because the spurs deserve to win every game because they play 'total football man'.
Even when we beat them 3-4 after being 3-0 down at half time with 10 men or when we hammered 5 past them at home earlier in the season. They wuz robbed.
