George John scored on his debut today, playing for the Development Squad at Gillingham, George is on two months loan (with the option to buy) from FC Dallas. I'm told he looked good overall.
Mat Taylor also came back and it was his corner John scored from. Guy Demel also got some time on the park.
All in all good news then.

Yeah good news, i think he will be a great addition.
How can we give him playing time though with Tomkins and Reid looking so solid together?!

I agree that Reid and Tomkins will/should remain first choice, but I'm not overly impressed by the cover we have at present so a good additional CB is welcome. I have a lot of time for George McCartney, well he does his best at least, but not as a CB.
