Cole, Ole, Yorke, Teddy

I was having a debate the other day, who was the best out of these 4. Never have we had 4 strikers that were all really good, and fairly even. Right now is probably the closest since.

Now imo, Sheringham is technically the best footballer. But my least favourite for some reason.

Cole and Yorke- amazing partnership.

But for me, Ole wins. Absolute legend.

So who do you think was the best out of the 4 in their prime, whether for United or another club?

Had the best footballing brain too

Hard to pick the out and out best SAF strikers.

Sparky, Cantona, Rooney, RVN, Choccy, Robins, Cole, Yorke, Ronaldo, Teddy, Saha

We've had some gudduns and have a feeling Welbeck will be on the list in the future

One position that Fergie has had no turkeys, that's for sure.

Its notable that since Denis Law, up to Hughsie, United struggled at CF. Apart from Pancho Pearson, Joe Jordan and Frank Stapleton, during those barren 26 years, United didnt have the same talent upfront that Fergie had. Goes to prove that scoring goals is the hardest skill in football. If you got that sorted... trophies will follow.

Yorke was the best of all because he could do everything, create, score with both feet and his head and had pace as well.

Cole was the best servant of all though. Ole and Teddy were great. A lot of people forget Ole's amssive contribution in his first season. He stepped up when he was needed and was a regular starter and scorer. I think he had 20 odd goals that season.

When SAF gets things wrong (Cruyff and Poborsky) he gets some very right

Ole was the best of the 4 but somehow never really got the credit or regular first team place he deserved !!

Ole was definitely the most clinical of them, and possibly of any other strikers we've ever had. Maybe not rvn, but at least on a par.
