To give a penalty it must be intentional hand ball, it hit his leg and deflected at speed. No way was that intentional!

Finally. Somebody who actually knows the handballl rule.

For those who don't, it is only a handball offence when a player DELIBERATELY handles the football.

Forget all this ball-to-hand, hand-to-ball nonsense, it doesn't exist.

What makes things even more worrying is the fact that I don't think a single Premier League referee actually knows the rules
