Just seen something on the Forest forum regarding Barnes. I know this may cause a split view, however i would love to see him back now he is a free agent!
I cant help but think how good he was in the promotion season! It would be a shame to see such a talent just thrown away. Id have him centrally behind the main forward like he did with Howard! Yes he was injured a lot but his fitness has improved at the Baggies and he was accused of having a bad attitude by many BUT...

He never came back from that achillies injury, which is a shame for him.
His reputation took a beating because of his attitude, which is well documented as being quite poor.

The jury's out until I see him played in his proper position TEG.
He's not got the best injury record, but according to you lot he's a good lad with a great work ethic and therefore, more appealing a prospect than our Giles
