They think its all over.......it isn't now!

I've been amazed since Rangers draw with Aberdeen at the weekend how many pundits and fans think that we have practically won the title already. Keevins, Guidi, the rest of the SSB team, Celtic fans and even some Rangers fans believe the title race is all but over.

Sure Ally has had a bad season. Terrible in all the cup competitions but at the end of the day the only one that really counts is the league and his team are only 4 points behind. They should win at the weekend and will be one point behind, and then we will have a tough game the following week against Hearts at Tynecastle which is always a tough game for us. If we drop points in that game then the title race is back on. I know we are the form team and we should win that game but you know Hearts always raise their game against us and that game will be no different.

My hope is we have a quality striker in by then because we can't go the rest of the season with 2 fit strikers.

And don't kid yourself that if Rangers sell Jelavic we will win the title. If they get the boy who replaced him at Rapid Vienna who we were also looking at, we will be in for an interesting run in.

So, can we all just calm down a wee bit and lets see what happens in the next few weeks. Supporters, especially Celtic ones, are a fickle bunch. Right now Brown is the bees knees but lose one game and all of a sudden he's a waste of money!

In lenny we trust!

League is nowhere near over.

I'm never saying the league is over again, until after the last game of the season (after my outbursts earlier this season!!)

We are due a loss sometime soon as we haven't been playing well, but we have been winning.
The Hearts game is a stick out for us slipping up. We've had a fairly average record there over the years so it'll be a massive test of this team.

The main deciding factor I thing could be if Rangers sort their own form out. Its been a long time since a Rangers team has been through such a long run of bad form.

Tynecastle could be the telling point in how much we miss Kayal.

He's never played at Tynecastle before

The title is ours to lose and while we do look unbeatable right now, all that can change at Tynecastle.

Not sure what the hold up is with getting a striker in. As I said yesterday I fear the same old excuses will come out why we didnt get so and so. Surely the lesson with Fletcher must have been learned right?

I wont accept any excuses quite frankly. There are a ton of good strikers out there waiting to be signed up. The Rapid Vienna guy, the guy from Betis, Davies from Bolton, Rhodes (pricey I know), Daly and Russel etc God I may even take Boyd or Sandaza at this point!

Rocknrollbhoy
I cannot understand your statement in Tynecastle will be the point we will miss Kayal, he has never played there before. How do we know what difference it is as we have always played without him there?

Rangers are a wounded animal, and a expect them to comeback at us..

Stokesy...You heard the rumour about us trying to get Dijiblil Cisse on loan?

not over by a long shot, both teams will struggle along the way. Injuries and suspensions will play a major part

When it is mathematically impossible to be overtaken in the league I will be happy.

Stokesy, notice Broony is not universally admired by Celtic support.
What can you say?
Some folk are only happy when they're moaning.
