The Future

Okaay our club seems to be in mess not just on the field but off it with in-fighting, selling of club captain, appalling performances etc......

However, what do you see as being the answer to our problems both long and short term?
Delph is more of a quick fix, Rodgers doesnt get me to excited and with Snoddy rumours picking up momentum things look to be getting worse!!!

But back to the question what do you want to see change (please be realistic and avoid the same mindless drivel of Grayson Out!!! or Bates Out!!!) lets have a proper debate about the future of our club.

Peace out MOT..

firstly; we have a future he wont live for much longer and i cant see us going into admin so we have some sort of future!!

secondly; have you seen Rodgers play?? give the lad a chance before criticising him?

I echo LIW. Build a young team. Hold on to them.
Develop through the youth teams again. Scout.

But, no plan works unless it starts with Grayson being
sacked. Then bring in a manager who can develop
young players and has a tactical brain on his shoulders.
And can man manage. And commands respect by his
actions not words.

Bring in a few experienced players in their late 20s.
Look at players in lower leagues and Championship.
Stop this rubbish about fringe Prem players rehabbing.
Sod that.

Develop a plan. Stick to it. But, be honest about it.

Oh and almost forgot, get rid of Bates, Harvey, Williams.
And take Peter Lorimer's typewriter away.

Batty

Completely agree

We need players with hunger and willing to work and improve

Not players looking for a pension top up

Like you say, Grayson ain't Gunna do this so sack him

Will he get a card from the Queen if he reaches 100?

LIW, I fully expect more rubbish to be fed us
on wednesday in the form of words, excuses,
and Prem players rehabbing or past it.

You?

Oh yes

Can see odear made permanent and fringe prem coming in who couldn't give a care

And how we missed out on internationals because of other teams injuries

It's so easy to go after Prem players. It's also very easy to pin your flag to a loanee with no real money to lose. Combine the two and a ruddy chimp could do what Grayson is doing.

The Managers with a real eye for talent find gems in the lower leagues. Liverpool back in the 70s/80s were tops at that.

It's going to be interesting up to and beyond Tuesday's
deadline.

I thought you meant me personally for a moment, Yela.

However, it is still a ridiculous contradictory post.

You recognise that things are very wrong at the club, then you say calling for a change at the top is mindless drivel.

The deadline for price freeze renewals just happens to be the end of the transfer window.

Grayson out

I think you've misinterpreted what I meant.... I'm all for a change at the top just didn't want people simply stating Bates out!! Without giving a full opinion!!

Oh I see.

But you've given the reasons why they both need to go.
