Looking Ahead

Well that was a bit of a shambles. But congratulations to Stoke City on a fine effort.
In terms of the first goal, don't think we can blame De Gea, would Lindergaard have saved it? Unlikely, just a well worked corner routine.
Second goal: Evra definitely at fault for me, De Gea a bit slow to get down, but ball hit with a lot of pace.

Moving forward, in 2 weeks when we play Stoke again, a full strength (stronger) team will blow them out of the water:
De Gea
Rafael, Ferdinand, Smalling, Evra
Valencia, Carrick, Cleverley, Nani
Rooney, Welbeck

That's 4 important changes that for me would win the game comfortably.

(just watching the interviews, and Stevie G, being remarkably forthcoming)
