Tottenham are the only team

that can do the domestic double this season, Premiership and FA Cup.

"Lets be honest he dare not go near the big south coast clubs board, they will eat him alive."

Why? I don't have a self-inflated sense of self. I know they're better than us. I know they'll be playing in the Prem next season. I have several mates & work colleagues who are Saints fans, but they're not a bunch of egotystical nutters like here. The Spurs board is tres amusing. Much better than any of that naff comedy on TV.

What below Spurs, and a dozen points behind. Now I know that scousers are not renowned for being the cleverest tools in the box, but I think you have excelled yourself there.

Comparing the incapability of winning a trophy to that of success is taking the Spurs chaps to an even higher level of 'laughatabilty'

The difference is we are hoping that we are on our way back to the good days of winning trophies having had a nightmare 20 odd years. You are slipping further away, but just carry on laugh everything will be fine.

Decspur (U11744) - All very well but surely you really know that competing at the very highest level is just a bridge too far for you at the moment

If as a spurs fan I canr be happy at being third in the league, knowing we are one of the best teams left in the FA cup then just what id the point in being a fan.

I know we are not going to win the league, but we have been steadily improving (with a couple of set backs) since the Jol era, if we keep on improving a little every season then I have gots lots to be happy about.
