If Steve McClaren

Majewski is potentially our best player.
If he is on form there's no one better in the side. If Steve can bring this out in him, then great, we'll fly up the table.

Majewski is a class player,just needs more starts/time on the pitch.
Less squad rotation,get our best players on the pitch and let them build up a better understanding/awareness of each other.
I reckon McGoldrick has more to offer than he shows and maybe McClaren get more out of him.
