I have been witnessing alot of abuse being thrown about to fellow arsenal fans in this place recently. This being done by other arsenal fans, as you can see our team is going through a difficult transition. Particularly the second half of the season where we wobble alittle.
....well this is the time to stay STRONG and become ONE, we cannot let our rivals see us in this state, we cannot let them pry on our weakness. We need to work through this together and UNITE.
There are many arsenal fans, plastic or no plastic they support a team to win and enjoy watching. We shouldnt be negative towards plastics, we should welcome them with open arms and support them into becoming a true arsenal fan. THE COLOUR OF OUR SKIN, THE MONEY IN OUR POCKETS CANNOT DIVIDE US, AS WE SUPPORT ONLY ONE................….....THE ARSENAL!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mutiny within our fellow fanbase!?!

I think all this global hatred between the Arsenal fans, has started with Reverend Ramsey and Kamran.
It's seemed to spread.

I think we've got possibly the most polar opinionated set of supporters in the League. As in, I'd say most are either very positive or very negative with not many in the middle ground.

Middle ground is where it's at. You can't trust an extremist.

(sorry the above came out wrong)
I didn't really mean 'positive'. Rather, people that think Wenger can do nothing wrong and are 100% sure we have what it takes in our current squad and management to sort our problems out.

AuH, I'd say I'm in the middle, somewhere around the "has faith in Wenger but desperately wants him to take a cold wet fish to the chops and realise defensive coaching is important and signing a big name player would be a good idea now and then". You?

I'm in the middle too but I've leaned towards the WOB because I think the club is in need of fresh ideas, tactics and motivation. I think Wenger is too dedicated to his philosophies, and that the scientific manner in which we're run as a club has sort of torn the soul out of our club.

Fair enough. I just think Wenger is missing a strong character beside him, there's too many yes men in our backroom staff. Then there's our clueless board and that Gazidas who obviously has no knowledge of the footballing world.
Ridiculous things have happened in the past 6 years. Not thinking about replacing Martin Keown (our defensive coach) when he left to join the England set-up. Then this idea of an almost equal salary for all players was nothing short of ludicrous and has left a lot of deadwood on unmovable wages.
Was it David Dein who kept this kind of thing at bay in the past? Who knows but either way we need strong, sensible characters to balance Wengers unique approach. If this doesn't happen and he is allowed to make the same errors over and over then I too will - with the heaviest of hearts - start to wonder if it's time for him to move on.

Very good point. The problem insofar as I see it is that a weak and incompetent board handed over autonomy of the club to Wenger. As it stands, he has a job for life and nobody at the club in footballing terms can argue with him or offer him advice. It's an unhealthy position to be in, and I fear the only way out is for Wenger to call it a day himself, bescause he doesn't seem keen on bringing anybody in on the coaching side that might challenge his perceived notions. The board certainly won't apply any pressure anyway, that's for sure.
