Grayson, Bates, Harvey and Williams are dusting off soundbites from failure to invest in previous pre-seasons and transfers windows as I write. You couldn't make it up! But, surprisingly they do, year on year and even more surprisingly, some of us are still falling for it!

Then spend some money on 2 decent players. Of course this won't happen.

St Ledger has been taken off the transfer market and the Leicester fans seem to think he will stay. Either this is to try and get more money out of him I don't know but it seems increasing unlikely we will sign him I expect? However Leicester do now have 5 CB's on the books so someones surely on the way out but fans think this will be Tunchev or Bamba.
