The big decision is left wing .... I applaud Hughton for using Redmond because the experience will help him develop, but Leeds away is not a fixture for him. Not sure how close to first team action Valles is, thought he might have had a run on Saturday for last 10 mins, so I have put Elliott in there.
Myhill
Spector Davies Caldwell Murph
Burke Mutch Fahey Elliott
King Rooney
The other option might be .....
Myhill
Spector Davies Caldwell Murph
Burke Mutch Gomis Fahey
King Rooney
But with this team I do feel sorry for Fahey as he has been excellent in CM for the last month or so and I don't want him messed about like was by AM.
However I am sure that CH will have a plan in place for the rest of the season & can convince Keith that this is a short-term measure. I also think Mutch and Gomis have played really well together in the FA cup and we know we can trust them to do a job, signs of improved defensive positioning by Gomis on Saturday too, no prizes for guessing what CH has had him doing since the Ipswich game.
As ever, this is just a bit of fun, with about 17 goals scored to two conceded in January or something like that, I trust the manager 100%.
Team for Leeds

We have sold about 800 so far. I won't be at Leeds unfortunatley this time as the lad who usually drives for us has taken his kids to Eurodisney but I have been before and is a mission getting back for work on Wednesday.

It does pose a head ache for Hughton because of the players we got who should play the same positions.
Fahey, Mutch, Gomis, N'Daw, Elliot all play better in the middle but depending on how man Strikers we play there is only 2-3 places for those 6 players.
With Beausajour gone, that frees up the Left Wing to Redmond or maybe Elliot.
The Team selection is hard because i see only King, Davies, Burke and Murphy as sure starters. As for the rest there is a lot of competition which can only be a good thing.

BCFC83 your right if King is not at 100%
But Rooney may have some confidence from his brace against Utd so maybe start him.
I would play a 4,2,3,1
The midfield.
-------Fahey----Mutch
Burke-------Elliot-------Redmond
This gives the Striker more support, Redmond could act as support Striker with Elliot cutting out wide.

What about trying Valles left side footballer if even off the bench as many games coming up including Chelsea

I was hoping that Valles might have had 10 minutes on Saturday but I guess CH doesn't think he is ready yet, but I agree that it would be good to keep getting him on the bench and looking to use him as soon as we can.

Mackem
Like most Bluenoses I get excited whenever Redmond gets the ball & I think he is a terrific prospect for the club, I just feel that we need to use him sparingly. I don't think a visit to Leeds is a good time to use him, we could end up getting found out if Murphy is too exposed.

Sorry abluesfan, you've turned my brain to jelly trying to work what you said!
Or is it just me?
I think Redmond should start on the bench, bring him on when their full backs are tired, I think I'd like Elliot to start.

Valles i forgot about him, well forgot to mention
The thing is Hughton and McLeish have not been giving him chances, maybe thats a sign that he may not be good enough?
But with Beausjour gone and Ridgewell maybe next, then i think it wont hurt to use him off the bench.
