Predictions for next year!

Yes you read it right lets have your predictions for the 2012/2012 season....

I want to do these predictions nice and early based on your thoughts on whats going to happen in the draft and free agent bidding......
Then around the first game of the season i will ask again to see if anyone wants to change ONE TEAM then at the end of the season we will see who got the closest?? Sort of a competition if you like?

Here's mine to get started;
AFC

1. Pittsburgh Steelers
2. New England Patriots
3. Baltimore Ravens
4. Houston Texans
5. Miami Dolphins
6. Denver Broncos

NFC

1. Green Bay
2. New Orleans Saints
3. San Fransisco
4. Detroit Lions
5.New York Giants
6. South Carolina Panthers

What did I do wrong?

AFC:
1. Texans (if offseason goes according to plan)
2. Patriots
3. Steelers
4. Chargers
5.Ravens
6. Jets

NFC:
1. Packers
2. 49ers
3. Saints
4. Giants
5. Lions
6. Eagles

Maybe I'm biased to my Texans but hoping for a good offseason and a healthy, resigned Mario Williams and Matt Schaub to lead Texans to the #1 seed.

i think that eagles squad will be extremely dangerous with a full offseason. all the pieces are there on both sides of the ball and i think the lockout badly affected them this year.

aside from them you have to look at the usual suspects, the pats, packers, steelers and saints all have elite QB's and will all be a threat and if the 49ers can get the same level of performance from that D they will be there or therabouts. i can see the lions having cap problems and the ravens getting older and slipping back a bit.

much could depend on peyton manning. if he becomes available and is healthy, i think he's a game changer if he lands in san francisco, miami or with the jets. those teams will be among the favourites with a healthy manning under centre
