Out: McMillan, Fleck, Ness, Weir, Ortiz and Jelavic (most likely)
In: Celik (free)
Everything's okay though. Craig Whyte said so in a statement

If we get in the right wing-back Ally wanted/wants, and a couple of strikers who are both better than Heally eg Sandaza and the Salihi guy, we emerge slightly stronger in my opinion than we were a few weeks ago, hence my confidence.
The big squad which you have, and are adding to on a daily basis, doesn't necessarily mean quality. Lennon has bought loads of players since being your manager, without success, so you just have to hope that this time it will be different.
I feel frustration with the financial situation but don't feel any anger towards Whyte - I feel frustrated that the club doesn't feel able to tell us exactly what is going on. However, I am satisfied that this is for commercial reasons and that sooner or later the facts will all be revealed. I, for one, would not trust the Daily Record or similar. They peddle their trash to sell papers, nothing more. If their trash should ever coincide with the truth, it is pure luck. So until all the facts come out I remain hopeful. Come 11pm tonight we'll be a stronger side than we are now, or I will offer my embarrassed apologies!

So Paul Murray has totally made up everything he said??? He has stated he was presented documents by HMRC now I cant see anyone in his position openeing himself up to the fallout such statements will bring if it was untrue.

I admit that at 4.10 it is not looking good but - from the experience of years gone by - we know that on final transfer-window day a lot can happen at the eleventh hour.....I'm saying that in hope of course not because I have any inside knowledge, but I'm not going to get myself down until I see the final picture at 11 pm
(then I will get myself down!)

January 2011
8 players out
Stephen Stirling, Rory Loy, Kenny Miller, Archie Campbell, James Beattie, Andrius Velicka, Jordan McMillan
3 players in
Healy (free)
Diouf (loan)
Bartley (loan)
Net loss of five players
Sitting the same right now, the deadline hasnt passed, and Jelavic is most likely leaving for a decent sum unlike any of the players last January (Miller for 400k being the most).
Is there a point being made here or what??
