Why is is everybody going into

This happens every transfer window deadline day, Spurs are linked to about 100 players and we don't need most of them. I'd take a couple of quality players but only if they can help us cement a top 4 spot!

We have not messed up any transfer window. All we have done is not wasted any money.

This constant need to keep buying does my head in. Spurs have enough quality players to make it work. Let the players we have do what they are supposed to be doing, earning a living and playing football. Do you see any of the other top sides buying top players this transfer window. The answer is no.

Chelsea and Liverpool both panicked last January, and blew £85 million. That`s what I called wasted.

We had a real chance to do something this window, we are in a great place in the league but that can quickly change

Im all up for making good signings, but they need to difference makers. Otherwise we really dont need anyone who will just be a squad number.

Every other team is struggling right now, we could have done something big this window but we didnt, probably dithered around waiting for a last minute "VDV" deal which will never happen again...

As i have said, lets hope we dont look back on today in May and wonder would could have been if we miss out on those top 4 places

Mate, I agree it will be frustrating come May and we mess up. But that's probably down to team mentality this time rather than anything. I mean if we have our heads screwed on properly, this team is not leaving the top 4 slot

I would love to see a few players added to our squad and it would have been good to get them earlier. But you know how football works, deadline day is like the first day of the new year sale lol Besides, I have not seen any top names that have been floating about all month that we could have done with. I would love to see Marko Marin and an Adebayor permanent deal (of course Tevez but that will never happen ), but other than that I think the team we have now is tip top

IF we fail to make Top 4, it will be down to us not scoring enough goals, which is what stopped us last season and i think its safe to say that Ade is not up to the job of being a goal getter! Im confident we can make the top 4 but not comfortably

There has to be some good deals out there, thats what scouts are for who we have been paying thousands of £'s, yet the best they can find is Saha?
