James Tevernier

Another signing after the disappointing loss of Adam Smith. He's a right-back that i think can play centre-back. He has had successful loan spells at Carlisle and tonight's opponents Sheffield Wednesday. I'm pretty sure he played against us at hillsborough. Pardew has been raving about him saying after he had returned from Sheffield Wednesday he was training really well and even compared him to Danny Simpson. He is taller than Smith but a similar player to Smith in terms of being behind someone else in the first team at Newcastle. But, he does have a call back clause if Newcastle decide to activate it. Announced as a starlet.Also not sure how much Alan Smith helped out knowing how we were struggling and knowing about James.
