half performance once again left a lot to be desired. After a brilliant first half, Spurs once again took their foot of the gas, and allowed Wigan to have far too much possession, and to allow them just to run straight through our midfield was unbelievable considering at one stage we had three holding midfielders on the pitch at one time, Livermore, Parker and Sandro.
Still I suppose the three points was welcome. With Man City having lost, it is really not much consolation to know that if the ref had been doing his job properly last week, Spurs would probably now only be two points behind, and not five.
Still onwards and upwards as they say, and Gareth Bale has added another £10 million to his price tag tonight.
Good result tonight, but the second

I dont worry too much about us coasting Sandy, we are that good we can do that and still win comfortably. We wont do that against Liverpool the boys will be well up for this one.

It is so annoying though, after a blistering first half, they then let Wigan get a foothold in the game.
