Level on points with 13 players injured

Whilst City have been excellent this season, they've also had basically no injuries and certainly none that have lasted more than game or two.

Utd last night had 13 players injured, which include.

De Gea
Lindegaard
Rooney
Nani
Jones
De Laet (i know he's not important)
Anderson
Young
Fletcher
Vidic
Owen
Cleverley
Bebe (massive loss LOL)

Now i know City have a massive squad but i do not think they could have coped with as many injuries as Utd have had, and to be honest i find it truly incredible that Utd are sitting level on points with City (or the new Barca)

This injury list has been like this or bigger for some time now, it only goes to show that the Blue Moon may be rising but the Red Planet is still very much in orbit !

It's funny - when we lost to City at home, everyone was saying by how many points would City win the league, now that City are going through their sticky patch, people are beginning to question their credentials.

Utd have over the years become used to being in the fight for the title and coping without key players. City have to learn about dealing with these pressures, but their players haven't suddenly become poor overnight. Cleverley has the potential to become very good indeed, Milner and Barry are more proven at top level. City are obviously a better team with Kompany and Toure in it, and have had to learn to cope without these players, just as we have had to cope without Vidic and other top players missing. But both teams have dropped points in recent weeks when least expected, and I expect it to be nip and tuck to the end of the season.

carrick and cleverly make them look like laurel and hardy

haha fair point it doesn't say world beater but saying he is making Barry and Milner look like jokers is giving him very high praise which in my opinion he hasn't earned.

Cleverley has been missed massively he is a very mobile tidy player and I think had he not been out so long we'd be doing even better

As for Vidic his loss has been massive, imagine playing basically whole season without Kompany !

And people moan about our weak squad

We may not have the strongest forst team. That's up for debate but in terms of squad depth, well I can't think of another squad better.

Well we have managed very well with the injuries that's for sure.

It's an amazing achievement by this team to be level on points with City after such a massive injury crisis which has basically lasted 3/4 of the season so far.

City will be kicking themselves that they don't have a decent gap at the top especially when they've been quite fortunate as far as injuries are concerned.

I'm sure the City fans won't like to admit this but I bet that some of them are quietly crapping themselves at the moment even though they've got an easier fixture list from now until the end of the season.

The next 4 games could pretty much decide where the title is going in my opinion. City have 3 home games against teams who you would fancy them to beat comfortably and we have 3 away games against Chelsea, Spurs and Norwich and a home game against Liverpool. If we can get a few of our main players back and gather a decent number of points from those games then it is well and truly game on. City may just be starting to feel the pressure and hopefully we can turn the heat up a notch or two in this title race to see whether they're really up for it or not.

Absolutely no disrespect to any team, but I am sure that if Man United manage to pull of victories against Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham, that everyone at Man City will start to sweat. Regardless of the result at Everton, those 3 games could either be the breaking point of Man City, or the reason why they could have a 6 point gap within weeks. Let's hope Fulham can grab something at their stadium too.

Forget man city sweating man utd winnning thise games would make us favourites lol. After a few games it won't look much but when we go to city we maybe 4 or 5 points ahead if we win these games.
