Grayson should jump before he is pushed

Hearing Grayson post match last night, I fear the end is nigh. For the first time I could feel the sense of frustration in his voice, he has made so many mistakes now he has to go.

BUT, we will do nothing with a new manager either, we may have a honeymoon period for a while, new broom and all that, but with Bates in charge we are finished as a club that has any aspirations for further progress.

Last night Eddie Gray was saying on Bates FM that he is not privy to 'the finances at ER', but he doesn't think there is any money to spend. Well, yes that's right, because we are being asset stripped by our own Chairman, we have sold, or given away our best players, apart from maybe three that will bring money in, and we still talk about play off places.

Make no bones about it, this Chairman is no foreign billionaire, but he has money to put in, the only problem is he prefers to take it out, he must be taking it out. We have a massive discrepancy between transfer money coming in, and going out.

I liken Bates to a guy who buys a car with a big engine, then refuses to bring it out of the garage because he doesn't want to pay for the petrol to go anywhere!
