I think it was time for Grayson to go for football reasons, but our current plight of falling attendances, the inability to hold on to our best players, low player morale and alienation of the fanbase is very much Bates' doing.

His regime is the real problem at Elland Road and he can make Grayson the scapegoat all he likes but he is the main reason why we are where we are.

The emergency loan plan is just that, for emergencies only. The actual loan door has been firmly shut. You can, like us at Donny, take on players who are FREE agents, but in most cases they are not match fit.

It appears I may be wrong about the above, if I am then I apologise. I was under the impression it was for when you didn't have a back up keeper etc.
