So Willie Mason has asked to be released according to Hull Daily Mail.
I generally dont believe a word they write until the club make announcements, but I hope its true.
Without the usual Rovers/Hudgell embarrassment comments, what do you think?

Doesnt matter Cheese. I bet they sold less than Hull did with Crocker on the back.
Money spare to plan for next season. Lets start playing for play offs again.

...and that's some consolation to you, is it Armchair?
The point is that you were badly let down by both Mason and your board. FC were let down by the immigration service, over which they have no control.
Still, if it helps you sleep at night.........

Ive got to admit, our situation with Mason was on the whole more embarrassing than that of Hull and Croker. However, as Hull did with that situation, hopefully we can put it to bed and move on.
Ron, the money charged to watch mason train went directly into the Hull KR acadamy fund to send our acadamy lads on tour down under for a bit of experience and coaching. If nothing he's helped us put a bit more money into that lol

Im not biting to any of the above. Am I annoyed at the situation, of course.
We can point the finger at plenty of people including Hudg, Willie, RFL, all of Tonga, Toulouse and probably some more.
The whole situation could and should have been handled better by all of the above but so what.
We wasted some cash and we raised some cash.
We have clearly been better without him and will continue to be until the end of the season.
Whatever we wasted on his wages, we earned £1m this week so happy days.
