Think the right decision has been made on reflection, we were going nowhere under Grayson, almost reminiscent of the situation in league 1 before Simon came to the club, we just couldn't quite get over the line in terms of promotion. And so we find ourselves looking for someone to take us to the next level.

I believe the next appointment is probably the most vital and biggest decision that needs to be made in the last 10 years or so, and could really shape the clubs future.

So I'd like a manager with a proven track record in getting the best out of teams on a very tight budget please mr bates. And here's to the future of Leeds united.

I suppose we'll at last find out just who exactly is culpable now for this mess in which we find ourselves, bates for not backing Grayson or Grayson for his mistakes in the transfer market and being woefully short of tactical nouse!
