AWW - you've had awesome teams over the last few years...world cup winners, the Invincibles etc etc but these guys now simply don't compare and never will. That has nothing to do with me supporting THFC...I would have thought that should be blindingly obvious to you too. No?

Tommy egg - No i disagree, i think we have a great back bone to the team and if we can keep players and let other develop we will have a great squad. Szcz, Verm, Kos, Wilshere, Arteta, RVP. 6 solid performers that would get in most teams, then give tiome to Ramsey, Ox, Coq. And thats 9 top class players. two additions and we would have a great team. The problem is we are going to sell player at their peak and have to wait for others to replace them. So we will never get a team full of great players.

I genuinely hope you keep that mentality AWW because then you'll never get back to the glory days of the 90s / early 00s. Not a wind-up, just genuine opinion.

Verm and RVP I rate, but the rest....really? Even with Vieira, Henry, Pires etc etc you didn't win it every year...Arteta, Kos, Szcz simply wouldnt play at the Arsenal of old.
