Great manager, I hated him before he turned up at QPR but now I'm a massive fan of his. Speaks his mind. He knows how to built team spirit get a team fighting for each other. he would do well for Leeds or indeed any championship club.

Gotta agree precisely with the 'Dustman'. My only regret with our ex gaffer would be his bagging in the media about a given player ( fullback getting sent off ??? ) whilst our manager. Should of kept it in-house, otherwise a great manager.

You guys would be lucky to get him, He did wonders for us as you guys know from last season.

Would you say he did wonders because of the apparent money you have to spend? i mean everyone knows how short armed Ken Bates can be?
or do you reckon he is just a good player motivator? for example Shaun Derry, nothing special when he was at us a few years ago but club captain for you in the championship and looked like a true general..

I've said that too Dustman, being a Yorkshire lad i hated him at Sheff Utd thought he was a right loud mouth mardy **** but he's one of them people that grows on you i guess!
