Rangers lose the HMRC case should Sir David Murray be stripped of his knighthood. After all if they lose, he has evaded tax and surely that cannot be recognised by HM.

On two separate occassions,in recent months,Whyte has been asked in court why he was banned from being a company director.for seven years. On both occassions he told the court he could not remember and did not want to perjure himself by venturing an answer that was not entirely true.

Who knows but remember Murray getting the knighthood had nothing to do with his involvement with Rangers

scotscelt,
Doesnt matter a dot. If they lose the tax case then he evaded tax and he cannot be left with a knighthood if it worsk out that way. To leave him with the KH would be facrical. Tax dodgers, if he proves to be that, cannot be left with a KH. Freddy would have a right to feel victimised in that case.
