Got to thinking

Well fellow Rovers faithful, I'm resigned to the fact we're stuck with Keen and Venky's; Our fate is currently out of our hands lying in the drop zone and we're going to relie on other results going our way.

Looking at the next two fixtures how do you think we'll do, and more importantly which way do you WANT other results to go?

Arsenal v Rovers

I can't see us getting anything to day, but IF we manage to pull something out of the bag then we still need other results to go our way.

Norwich v Bolton

Got to hope Norwich can do us a massive favor and keep Bolton right down here with us; I'm hoping for a nice 2-0 to Norwich.

QPR v Wolves

This one got me thinking, is it better for Wolves to win? Yes will not help us short term but would keep QPR down here near us, and means Mick might keep his job which would be very good for us. I can't see Wolves staying up so if they can grab a win at QPR then I personally think that's the best result long term for us. I'm hoping for a 1-2 to Wolves

WBA v Swansea

I do think WBA will be in the last few games relegation mix, and I also think Swansea will start to drop more points than they have been against the "bigger" clubs, so hoping for a Swansea win. I'm hoping for a good away win, 0-2 to Swansea.

Wigan v Everton

A no brainer really Everton to hammer Wigan and keep them firmly down!! 0-4 Everton please.

City v Fulham

Although I think Fulham with Jol should move clear of the drop zone it would be nice to keep them in the mix for a month or so longer, City to get a cricket score.

Next Week

Rovers v QPR

Well another "must" win (not lose in the last minute game) for us.

Bolton v Wigan

A Wigan win would be best for us, keep Bolton in down here and as I said I just can't see Wigan getting out of it this season.

Fulham v Stoke

Stoke win, but I'd take a draw

Swansea v Norwich

Out of these two I think Swansea are the most likely to struggle in the second half so a Norwich win I'm hoping.

Wolves v WBA

Yet again a tough call, depending on how we do against QPR I guess I'd like a draw.

If I got my wishes then the table in two game would look something like this.

Swansea 30
Fulham 27
WBA 27
Wolves 22
Rovers 21
QPR 21
Bolton 20
Wigan 18

Would make the next couple interesting, don't you think?
