Leroy Rosenior

He was almost trembling with rage at Grayson's sacking.

I've never seen a pundit react like that.

What on earth was all that about?

I wonder how he'd react to me calling him the worst manager of all time.

What is it about Grayson that people actually seem to be in love with him?

Or is it just that they hate Leeds so much they want us to have a poor manager?

You read that in one of the papers, where it said he wanted Lee Clark, didn't you?

I think he discovered Becchio, but I think it was McAllister who knew about Snodgrass.

The manager has the final say and it's up to him to decide if the technical director has unearthed a gem or just taken a punt on someone not good enough.

I think Williams is responsible for a lot of hits and a lot of misses, but it's his job to find talent cheaply and it's always going to be like that.

Becchio and Beckford worked out pretty well.

I just can't see how Williams would be behind bringing established players like Collins and Paynter to the club, I see him more as unearthing foreign and lower league talent.

Jonty talks as though he's uncovered some great conspiracy where Williams is involved in player recruitment.

And who decides transfer fees and wage levels?
Not arguing here, just trying to get things straight.

The selling club and the player.

Nicely said Graysons favourite!..

But does he not have a say in the talks with the players and agents?..

"The selling club and the player."

Oh, thats shot your anti tripe right off the rails!..

Because the contracts and wages have nothing to do with the manager!..

That I'd thought was Bates, Williams, and the third leg that supports them when it comes to deciding what players we get and what players didn't want to come!..

I've said a few times, I'd love a list of players that Grayson got, and a list of what he asked for, and I'd be surprised if all the players he got are on his first choice list!..

Don't you think the manager, if he's aware of the budget, will have a say in how much he thinks a player is worth both in fee and wages. Otherwise he could as for 3 players and then find he gets one as they negotiated all his funds away in one deal.

Cas, the problem there is, we didn't see players coming in that you'd say were worth one players wages, players always connected to the club ended up somewhere else, if a couple of them had come in then maybe he'd still be in work, because they might have been the players that many here are saying we are missing!..

Looking at Leeds Uniteds transfer movements every window, and ours never seem to be the players that could negotiated all his funds away in one deal!..

Every window or every window under Grayson?

Graysons favourite!..

Have you ever thought of taking up acting?.

You'd make the starring roll in a film that anybody could write!..

They could call it, "Grayson, under my skin"!..

Now I wonder if it'd be a love story or a horrorfilm!.

I make a valid point?
