It depends what the offence is.

Violent conduct - 3 games. These are usually straight reds.

Two yellows are generally 1 game bans.

Yes bans include FA Cup as well

Unlikely as it was for kicking out at the opponent "apparently"

Beckford's will be overturned - surely even the FA won't have the effrontery to uphold a card given for something that didn't actually happen.

Danns should hopefully only miss one match - I think there's some complicated system where they can add a game on for a player with a bad disciplinary record but that's Danns' first red so he should be fine. Suspensions apply for all competitive English matches so they would apply for the FA cup, but provided the FA manage to summon up a brain cell between them from somewhere then that shouldn't be a scenario we need to worry about.
