I really can't figure this out, just viewed them again along with ones turned down and we could easily have had 4 pens today.
What on earth has Webb supposed to have done for Utd today ??
Bitterness aside explain what he did ? Other than correctly award two pens for fouls (they'd be a foul anywhere on pitch)
He turned down two that were stonewall as well.
LOOK AT THEM !! They were fouls
I don't understand the cheating claims

at the end of the day, a draw was the right result
abysmal defending by both sides

In the first half Cahill's foul was outside the area so no penalty although should have been a freekick and possibly a booking. Boswinga did tug Young's shirt but no way enough to bring him down, Young's overreaction didn't help either, no penalty.
Sturridge's foul on Evra was clumsy and a clear penalty. Welbeck's was the most tricky one, there was definite contact although like Johnson yesterday it was because Welbeck moved/let his foot unnaturally linger so that it would make contact with Ivanovic's foot. It was clever play by Welbeck as he was clearly looking to get the penalty, but was it, I think we were slightly lucky with that one.
