Last season we were on a great run of results playing 4:3:3 before spurs came to town and Kenny decided to switch to 4:4:2 - Leaving Lucas & Spearing to take on VDV,Modric & I think Sandro. We were outnumbered in midfield and never really got a grip of the game.
Then Earlier this season we decided to go away to white hart lane and play 4:4:2 again (madness!) we lost the midfield battle from minute one Lucas & Adam were no match for Modric & Parker.
So PLZ KENNY 4:3:3 (a similar team to when we played city at home, with either Bellamy or Suarez leading the line ) CARROL on the bench, as yes it’s tempting to play him after a decent outing against wolves but we can’t carry him against the big teams.
Just Hope Kenny Can Learn from His Two previous Tactical Mistakes which is unlike him, for the big games thus far.
NOT 4:4:2 TONIGHT PLZ KENNY

But just heard rumours he's had a hamstring injury on twitter.
Hope it's all fabrication

unlike most teams we have 2 wingers which doesn't suit a 433 unless its more of a 451 and for that you need hard working wide men. So maybe Kyut and Downing wide, Spearing Hendo & Gerrard with the latter getting forward too..
NEW LIVERPOOL....thats a very attacking team if SPurs play Bale and Lennon.
Kaboul out for Spurs so maybe Carroll a good choice.

I fear for us tonight, one thing we do struggle with is raw speed and spurs have that.
I hope Adam is dropped or a fear he maybe red carded.
