With the impending sale of Danny to a premier league club , do the club still have a percentage of the sale due?
I cannot remember what the tribunal outcome was.
If so, there could be some extra cash to add a couple of experienced players, and get a more settled squad, instead of the over reliance on loanees.

Deal seemed to be: £200,000 up front, £30,000 per 15 appearances up to 75 appearances, £300,000 if Watford we're promoted within 3 years, and a 15% sell on clause. Currently we will have received £350,000 for him and with this extra 15% of what seems to be at least £2,000,000 (this will bring in £300,000 if they sell for £2,000,000). I hope this money is put to good use I'm sure Abbott won't waste it if given the chance to spend, it's a shame we won't be getting any money from Westwood as Coventry wouldn't sell in January when they were offered £2,000,000 which would have gotten us £500,000, if I remember correctly that we had a 25% sell on clause.

Understand Danny has turned down this offer.

That's a shame would have liked Abbott to have some money to spend on the squad, but then he seems to do better finding free talent than paying for it. Are the players Greg has paid for: Offiong, Hurst, Taiwo, Loy, Madden? Or am I missing some?

Bid of £3.5 million from Swansea has been accepted, means £525 k for CUFC. Means we got just short of £800k for Danny!!
