Right up against it v BHA

Saturday sees a resurgent Brighton and Hove Albion flock into Elland Road and attempt to take all 3 points.

As a regular ER attendee, it is difficult to argue against a BHA victory. 2012 has seen them take 13 points from 5 matches this calendar year, including impressive victories against Southampton and Leicester, plus taking the scalp of Newcastle in the FA Cup.

Leeds United meanwhile continue to struggle to develop any consistent rhythm, either within a match or across matches.

Neil Redfearn has clearly instilled a little more confidence into the players given how they are talking about him, and is concentrating on team tactics and awareness to help compete in matches, something that has been lacking in many matches at ER this season.

My heart says that Leeds will turn on the charm and show Gus Poyet how a real football club can play the silky, beautiful game. Unfortunately my head says that Brighton will offer most of the play, most of the threat, and are likely to win quite comfortably with one of our centre-backs being sent off for denying a goalscoring opportunity in the first 30 minutes.

At least there are too many other inconsistent - and downright terrible - teams in this division this season to prevent us from being sucked into any relegation battle. The key is for Redfearn (or whoever the new manager is) to build a camaraderie in this squad to give them the confidence to stick together and grab the bull by the horns next season.

Unfortunately, not many will be at ER to witness the rise of the peacock phoenix that is Leeds United in 2012/13.

It won't be easy, but hey ho, up the league we'll go !!!
The bristol game gave Redfearn a chance to get his bearings with regards to the team, we kept a clean sheet and had the ball in the net 5(?) times , and won 3-0 (albeit against 9 men) a good morale booster that should hopefully give the team the confidence to get a result , Here's hoping

Im very confident that leeds united will win 2-0 both goals coming from McCormack, its the first game at home since simon graysons sacking so the team will want to put on a good home performance for the fans.

MARCHING ON TOGETHER

i assume they've found a goalkeeper now and whoever is marking cms needs to be on their toes or they will be made to look stupid like bromby was. The 1-1 draw against them in league 1 was woeful so i just hope we get a performance. The 1st half down at brighton was immense and towards the end of the half we was keeping the ball well.
